I just wanted to share a new blog that my friend Caitlin has started titled Heart Your Heart. She has challenged herself to create new heart healthy foods every single day! Caitlin is truly passionate about heart health for she underwent heart surgery at the age of 20 after many years of attempting to diagnosis the issue. Please check out her site and read her story.
